We read Chester's Way by Kevin Henkes. In the book, Lily likes wearing masks, and she introduces this to her new friends, Chester and Wilson. After reading the book, we had a great time making masks.
The entire Kindergarten gathered on our steps after lunch. This is our typical meeting place when we have something to do as a group.
Today, Mr. Yakscoe came to talk to us about swimming at CA. Tomorrow is our first day of swimming, but we won't get in the water. We'll watch a safety movie and learn about the CA pool and our rules.
We all went outside at the end of the day for a recess.
